"Photos were okay, but the experience felt rushed"
The photos turned out okay, okay enough, but the whole experience didn’t feel very professional to me. The photographer was late and seemed rushed pretty much the entire time, which made us feel a little awkward. Communication also wasn’t great. We had to ask a few times about poses and timing, and it kind of felt like he wasn’t really listening, really. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely expected better.

"Privacy stuff could be explained better"
Overall, it feels safe enough to use, and I didn’t run into anything that felt sketchy. But this is where it got annoying: the data policy wasn’t as clear as I wanted it to be. I had to dig around a bit to understand what information is being used and how, and I wish they’d just explain it in plain language upfront...

I was kind of expecting it to be just okay because of the price, but it ended up feeling like a solid deal. The prices seemed fair to me, and I kept thinking, yeah, this was worth it. Overall, I feel like I got good value for what I paid.

I used fox-mar.com to set up an appointment it was easy. The steps were clear enough, and I was able to pick my date and time without any real hassle. I also liked that I didn’t have to call customer service, because I usually don’t trust that to go smoothly or not turn into a waste of time. Nothing over the top, but the site did what it was supposed to do. I’d use it again if I needed another appointment.

"School updates were decent, but a bit hit or miss"
Overall, the school updates were okay. Most of the important info did come through, which I appreciated, but sometimes the messages arrived later than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little frustrating at times.

The photos turned out okay, so no big complaints there. But the actual photo day felt a little... unorganized. The lines were kind of confusing, and we didn’t really get much info about what was going on. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just... I think it could run a lot smoother next time...

I used fox-mar to order my kid’s school photos, and it was straightforward. "Quick reply, but my trust is a little shaky"
I had a small question and they did get back to me fast, which I appreciated. The customer service person was easy enough to deal with and there wasn’t any hassle. That said, I’ve had a few little things lately that make me feel less confident overall, so while this interaction was fine, my trust in them isn’t quite what it used to be.

My kid was actually comfortable with fox-mar, which was a huge relief lol. The whole setup felt calm, and nobody made us feel rushed. Picture day ended up being way less stressful than I expected.

"Everything showed up perfect"
I ordered from fox-mar.com the item came in looking great. You always kind of expect something to be dented or scratched when you order online, but this was totally clean with no weird marks or anything. The packaging was good too, which is basically all you can ask for. I was a little nervous at first, but everything ended up being exactly how it should be. I’d definitely order again.

"Download worked fine"
I got my digital download quickly after paying, and the link opened without any issues. All the files were there, which was a relief since I’ve had downloads from other sites before where something was missing or the link didn’t work right. Nothing fancy, but it did exactly what I needed. I’d use fox-mar.com again if I ever need another download.

The pages took forever to load, and the menus felt really messy and hard to figure out. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any way to talk to an actual person for help. It felt like I was just stuck clicking around on my own

"Really Happy With the Photo Quality"
I wasn’t expecting too much at first, but once I started taking a few photos, I was surprised. The pictures came out clear, the colors looked nice, and everything felt a lot sharper than I thought it would. I ended up taking more photos than planned because I was so happy with how they were turning out. Overall, I’m really pleased with the photo quality.
